F.J.RAMMER GmbH is based in Ohorn, 30 km (20 miles) away from Dresden. The area around it is famous for producing narrow fabrics. For over 300 years weaver and looms were - and still are - a major part of the local economy.
The company F.J.RAMMER GmbH was founded in 1815. Since then - and now for over 6 generations - all employees of the company are delivering their best to keep the customer satisfaction high and to supply the customers with a high quality of narrow fabrics. The company is manned by 55 happy employees with expertise and knowledge of the machines, production techniques and the fabric end-products.
We produce woven and knitted, elastic or rigid webs. In our Dye-House we are able to dye and finish all products to meet individual customer requirements, e.g. anti-static, water-repellent or flame-retardant finishes or to our customer´s own colours. Furthermore we can cut, perforate, and imprint all products. Our products can also be designed to include characters or logos.
We feel responsible for our customers and for the progressive outlook of the company. All products are therefore manufactured in time and of the highest quality using modern technology. Technical standards and parameters are met and are constantly developed further.
